Dubai company setup for Grenada citizenship holders

Many of our clients hold Grenadian citizenship through investment alongside another nationality. Here is how that works in the UAE.

Updated · Reviewed by the Neva Corporate Services advisory team · How we research

Using your Grenadian passport

You may use your Grenadian passport to apply for UAE company ownership and residence. UAE authorities and banks will ask about all nationalities you hold, and every citizenship must be disclosed.

Tax residency is separate from citizenship

A second citizenship does not change where you are tax resident. Tax residency depends on where you live and your ties, under each country's rules. Holding a UAE residence visa and meeting UAE residence conditions can support UAE tax residency; see Tax residency certificate.

Banking

UAE banks apply due diligence based on all your nationalities, your country of residence and your source of wealth. Documentation of your investment and the wealth behind it helps. See KYC and AML for banks.

Working with CBI agents

We work with citizenship-by-investment agents whose clients want a UAE company, residence and bank account as a next step. See our partner programme.

Common questions

Can I get a Golden Visa with a Grenadian passport?

Eligibility for the Golden Visa depends on the investment or professional category, not on your nationality. See Golden Visa.

Does a Grenada passport help me open a UAE bank account?

Banks look at your whole profile. A second passport neither replaces nor removes the checks linked to your other citizenship and residence.
